How long do homes take to sell here?
It depends on the area and the price. In September 2026, homes in Bellevue sold in about 20 days, while Papillion was closer to 68. I’ll show you the numbers for your street before we set a price.
What does it cost to sell?
We’ll go over every cost upfront, in writing, before you sign anything: my fee, typical closing costs and any preparation you decide to do. No surprises on closing day.
Do I need to stage my home?
Not always. Sometimes decluttering and a few small fixes are enough. I’ll tell you honestly what will make a difference for buyers and what won’t.
Can I sell while I still live there?
Yes. We plan showings around your schedule and I’ll help you get the house ready without turning your life upside down.
Can you market my home to Spanish-speaking buyers?
Yes. Every listing I prepare has its description in English and Spanish, and I speak with buyers and their families in either language.
