How much do I need for a down payment?
Less than many people think. Some loans start at 3 to 3.5% down, and first-time buyer programs can help. A lender will give you the real number for your situation.
Do I pay you as a buyer?
We agree on it in writing before we tour, in the buyer agreement. Often the seller covers part or all of it, but it’s always clear upfront.
Can we tour homes by video?
Yes. If you’re moving from another city or country, I can walk you through homes live on a video call or WhatsApp.
Can we do everything in Spanish?
Yes. I’ll explain every step in Spanish, and I work with lenders and inspectors who can do the same.
